Recipe shmecipe. I know I’m not the only cook incapable of following a recipe to the letter. So, take all mine with a grain of salt, seriously, add a grain of salt if you want to. Granted my recipes are already pretty flavourful (read, high in salt) so maybe taste yours before mucking about with the seasoning. Only you know what tastes best to you, so don’t be afraid to get weird. Take these as inspiration, starting points.
